Know what to expect

Will EIT have access to my computer all the time?

No. Monitoring and maintenance are automated. A remote support session is used only when you request help and approve the connection.

What happens after I subscribe?

Create your portal password, download the EIT installer on each covered computer, and approve the Windows prompt. Your dashboard then verifies maintenance, protection, and the initial health check automatically.

Can I protect a parent or family member?

Yes. Select the gift option when you will manage billing for someone else. They receive their own guided setup instructions.

Can I add or remove computers later?

Yes. Your customer portal can update the number of covered computers. Removing a computer starts a safe offboarding process for that specific device.

What does the Cleanup Promise cover?

It covers eligible malware detected while Complete protection remains continuously active. Pre-existing infections, disabled protection, unsupported systems, data recovery, identity theft, hardware repair, operating-system reinstallation, and onsite work are excluded. Reasonable-use terms apply.

EIT Protect supports current Windows computers that can run the required management and protection software. Final eligibility is verified during onboarding.
